President`s Report
Applied from hardship with ASCAP and they have stopped sending bills (for music rights, etc)

A Scottsdale inprov group might be interested in sharing The Studio space.

Financial Committee Report
$1,500 in checking account, less $600 in bills Carol paid. Taxes have been filed.

Member Committee Report
Several artistic members have said they will continue to pay their dues

Tell the sustaining members that they will be able to go to the three shows when they finally run. Discount the new season (or pay full fee and donate 3 tickets from last season).

Send sustaining members about landlord carrying The Studio and it will keep running. Harry will put together an email to them.

Business Committee Report
Monday 7/17 at 7 pm the first first reading episode "Strawberries and Sand" will be "aired" via Zoom and on Facebook

notice will be emailed to members. Playwright can be given feedback via each etc just like the in person events All the actors will be in their homes

The first radio play has been completed. Turns out that it is much more involved technically than expected. So everyone will be learning a lot of new skills.Subscribe to podcasts search for Theatre Artists Studio. They will also playable on the website.

Patti made a video of the outdoor space that Carol will be sharing it with the Board.It might be good for Summer Shorts

Rick and Mike are now working together on some promotional, fund-raising videos that will soon be available to distribute to get things rolling. They will be sharing them soon.

Richard will be sending information about $1k grant that working artists can easily get.

Jason has begun discussions with "Almost Famous" who has done their performances at the Hardes Theatre in the Phoenix Theater complex and they might be interested in using The Studio space.
