- Repairs to ACs and other issues around the property are being addressed (slowly) by the landlord.

Business Committee Report
Discussed new NEON CRM software and several issues with ticketing. It was decided to stay with Brown Paper Tickets until all issues have been resolved. Other NEON functions, like renewing memberships and making donations can be linked to NEON through the website and emails.

First we need to send out an email to the entire database (in NEON) with some explanation of the new system and how it will make it easier for patrons to renew memberships and make donations. They will also be told that their email is their account user name and their password is TheStudio2020 (and should be changed once they have logged in).

NEON administrators will continue to work on the new system to get all of the areas (especially ticketing) functioning well. With all of the Constant Contact data now in NEON, the new system can be used for bulk emailing, etc., once Julie and Harry are comfortable with creating emails in it…

All are looking forward to a very exciting and successful 2020 season!
